Step 1: Open the Property
Select the property you want to create a report for and click on the Maintenance Services button on the menu - the lawnmower icon.
Step 3: Select a Service
Select the specific service you want to report - in this case let's choose "Trim Shrubs"
Step 2: Select a Category
Scroll through the customizable, picture based inventory and select a specific service category to report - let's select shrub maintenance
Step 4: Drop a Pin
With your finger, gently tap and drop a GPS pin indicating where the service was provided - and draw a line (or multiple lines) to encompass the whole area serviced
Step 5: Review
Use the shopping cart icon on the top of the screen to review all of the services that have been added to your report - delete or add notes to any items you choose and select the GREEN THUMBS UP icon to complete the report
